This position reports to the Associate Director - Tech & Digital Operations and is responsible for the implementation of various projects and enhancement requests from ICC, Hyderabad.  This position will work closely with Global ERP SAP Security team for requirements, initiatives, and strategies and will report the status of resources, work products, timelines and efforts pertaining to enhancements requests and projects on a timely manner.

Responsibilities
•    Design, lead and manage security & access controls across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications that include SAP solution suites and associated applications such as Blackline, NetZero, Propel PLM among others.
•    Key accountabilities include ERP security delivery, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and deliver security solutions that align with business objectives while remaining compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks.
•    Responsible for internal and external audit compliance pertaining to ERP applications.
•    Responsible for building and mentoring a high-performance team at Zoetis ICC to consistently deliver secure, robust and compliant security solutions meeting business objectives. 
•    Responsible for delivery of global projects from offshore within budget and overseeing day-to-day client and team communications to manage and timely complete activities with a responsive and problem-solving mindset
•    Identify technology and automation opportunities, sequencing initiatives in order of importance for development and partnering with technology teams on implementation, Assess performance and manage engagement level service level agreements.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting.    10%
Work closely with business stakeholders, audit partners and other IT teams to deliver robust and compliant ERP security solutions.    30%
Responsible for meeting KPI targets, drive towards continuous improvement and automation.      30%
Manage the ERP Security team, train and mentor team members.    30%

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will interact with as a regular part of the position responsibilities.  Include any external interactions as appropriate.

•    Interact with business stakeholders to gather security requirements, understand business processes, and ensure that security solutions align with organizational goals and objectives.
•    Work with external vendors and partners that provide software and services that integrate with SAP applications to provide a 360˚ secure and compliant solution. This collaboration includes establishing security requirements, negotiating contracts, and facilitating integration in a secure fashion.
•    Work with implementation partners who may be responsible for developing, configuring, or maintaining security solutions within ERP landscape.
•    Work with internal and external audit teams to ensure ERP environments remain compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).
Education:
•    Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 12+ years of Experience in SAP Security and GRC.

Certification:
•    Professional security certifications such as CISSP or SAP technology certifications.
•    Project management certifications such as PMP.

Experience:
•    Experience working on at least 5 large scale projects that may include implementation, upgrade, roll-out and support projects covering global markets in the lead role.
•    Experience working with legal, regulatory & audit requirements such as SOx, GMP etc.,
•    Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.

•    Expertise in SAP Security & authorization concepts comprising ECC, S/4HANA, BI/BW4HANA, GRC, Fiori, and HANA Database.
•    Comprehensive understanding of security paradigms across diverse business functions (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, QM).
•    Track record of driving innovation through design workshops and solution ideation.
•    Seasoned in navigating through security protocols during SAP system upgrades and transformations.
•    Exposure to cutting-edge SAP technologies like SAP BTP, SAP IBP, SAP Analytic Cloud, S4HANA, BW4HANA, FIORI, Ariba, Hybris and other leading applications like Blackline, NetZero Cloud, Propel PLM, etc.
•    Strong aptitude for integrating SAP modules and promote automation.
•    Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
•    Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes.
•    A proactive problem-solving approach and adeptness at collaborating with large, diverse teams.
•    Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

Regular working hours are from 3:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST (ICC Second Shift).
Sometimes, more overlap with the EST Time zone is required during production go-live.
