Position Summary:
As a compliance analyst, you will support the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer to strengthen the foundations, governance, framework and processes for managing legal and regulatory compliance risk across the organization. You will assist in streamlining process and increasing relevant data gathering and analytics. You will engage collaboratively with the business and functions across the company in support of compliance programs and keeping compliance top of mind. You will help with continued development and enhancement of dashboards, monitoring reports and various other management presentation materials. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail oriented and eager to be exposed to and learn from a wide array of compliance work while working as part of a great team.
Your role:
This is a key role in ensuring that the company effectively manages the compliance risks that can impact our ability to achieve our strategic objectives:
Assist with planning, scheduling and execution of compliance program components across the business in a timely manner and assist in the further development and maturity of the compliance program overall.
Assist the CCO in managing and conducting the annual legal and regulatory compliance risk assessment process, including team and stakeholder outreach and engagement, survey and interview analysis, regional and global roll-ups.
Develop and disseminate Compliance risk dashboards and monitoring reports that promote meaningful and consistent risk monitoring and reporting tailored to different audiences (including executives, board members, and other relevant stakeholders)
Manage the administration of the hotline and case management system, including initial intake triage and follow-up for reporting.
Assist in tracking and monitoring performance against the 2025 Compliance plan and deliverables on objectives across the team.
Prepare meeting agendas and presentation materials to communicate Compliance Program activities and updates for recurring meetings
Assist in preparation of the Compliance reporting to the Audit Committee.
Coordinate various compliance processes, such as the annual Compliance Certification, third party due diligence,
Assist in the scheduling of and manage records regarding compliance related training and activities
Assists in budget tracking and management, including processing invoices and payments with third party suppliers
Support the CCO in fostering a risk aware culture across the organization through ongoing risk activities.
Draft process or initiative related documentations and communications as appropriate.
Work cross-functionally with various teams including Legal, Internal Audit, HR, Security and Information Security.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with emphasis in law, business administration, accounting, quantitative analysis or ERM.
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in compliance, audit, risk management, consulting with exposure to operational risk, compliance risk and controls management or audit experience (preferably within the technology industry).
Self-directed and motivated creative problem solver
Excellent attention to detail and organization al skills to successfully guide projects through to completion.
Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and communicating the value of compliance and risk management, with the ability to build strong working relationships and interact with associates at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze large amounts of data and effectively communicate key points to management.
Strong presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize insights for key themes and develop presentation materials.
Ability to work independently, manage and execute multiple projects within required timelines and expectations.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint, experience with Power BI or other analytics tools a plus.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
