Cyber Intel Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Process and analyze cyber threat intelligence data and compile standard and ad-hoc reports as needed. Leverage expertise of cyber data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized tools and services, and develop intelligence products. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with use-case libraries such as SIGMA and DETECTION
• Experience collaborating with purple and red teams to create detections from real-world attack scenarios in conjunction with MITRE ATT&CK
• Knowledge of automating processes such as creating workflow actions in Splunk for the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Ability to implement risk rules into the production environment for network security
• Ability to utilize cybersecurity tools such as SentinelOne (S1) platforms, to determine if the client can provide coverage with rules to the various environments
• Public Trust
• Associate’s degree
• Security+, Linux+, or CEH Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
