About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking Lead Information Security analyst for Cybersecurity Enablement Services.

The Cybersecurity Enablement Services is responsible for the execution of cross-functional services supporting proactive risk management. Services include targeted reviews and thematic analysis to continuously monitor operational health and risk management for Cybersecurity and information security risk which may identify potential control gaps resulting in issues. Additionally, program enablement supports key capabilities - including agile, controls, governance, and tooling services. 


In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation.

  • Direct information security risk assessment and research and recommend remediation plans and strategies.

  • Maintain a broad awareness of the state of information security companywide.

  • Identify, analyze, and escalate risk across cybersecurity related functions and controls.

  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions.

  • Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research and recommend remediation plans and strategies.

  • Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions.

  • Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings.

  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security.

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

  • Lead projects and teams.

  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.


Required Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

  • Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.

  • Industry Cybersecurity certification(s)

  • Design processes and procedures to enable effective identification and/or management of risk

  • Deeper level of complexity and analysis to understand what constitutes non-adherence

  • Strong critical thinking skills, consistent attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines amidst competing priorities

  • Advanced level leadership, communication, relationship building, negotiating, and influencing skills

  • Analyze regulatory changes that may impact policy adherence requirements; confirm alignment to laws, rules, and regulation.

  • Aggregate, evaluate, report, and escalate Cybersecurity policy adherence as needed including implementation and adherence results.

  • Measurable impacts and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion

  • Build and maintain effective partnerships within Cybersecurity, Wells Fargo Technology, Corporate Risk, and the Front-Line Business Groups

  • Proactively champion and drive requirements to ensure adherence to the company's risk framework, the Wells Fargo Technology Strategy, and the Cybersecurity strategy.

  • Operate within, and be a proponent of, enterprise risk framework expectations.

Job Expectations:  

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • No relocation assistance

  • This is not a remote position.  Candidates are required to work in the office three (3) days per week at the specified location.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$111,100.00 - $197,500.00
