Director, Cybersecurity Programs

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Cybersecurity Programs to lead our cybersecurity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of enterprise experience in enterprise cybersecurity, with a strong background in implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001/27002, or ICS 62443. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect our organization's information assets and ensure compliance with customer expectations, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and deliver complex Enterprise & OT security initiatives aligned to the Cybersecurity Roadmap driving risk reduction

  • Drive governance and compliance to IT Controls based on NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, ICS 62443 ensuring alignment with industry standards & best practices.

  • Oversee the ongoing development and execution of the cybersecurity governance program, policies, standards

  • Continuously assess and partner across IT, Divisions and Functions to improve on the cost-effective delivery of the cybersecurity program aligning with the organization's risk appetite, strategic goals and objectives.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential threats to the organization's information assets.

  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics measuring the effectiveness of security programs and initiatives. Develop executive-level dashboards to communicate status, risk and performance

  • Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of cybersecurity initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the embedding of cybersecurity measures into all aspects of the organization's operations.

  • Stay current with the cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Develop and deliver innovative cybersecurity training and awareness programs to educate employees on best practices based on emerging threats and telemetry targeting the highest risk employees in the organization.

  • Build and facilitate the annual operating plans up to $10M+ with rigorous oversight of OpEx & Investment spend

What We Seek:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

  • Experience in developing and executing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies le.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certifications such as CISM, CRISC, FAIR or CISSP desirable.

Outstanding Candidates Will Have:

  • Minimum of 10 years of enterprise experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of implementing cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework or ISO 27001/27002.

  • Experience with merger’s & acquisitions, transition services agreements

  • Experience with enterprise management cybersecurity technologies

  • Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for this position who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris visa sponsorship.
  • Compensation: $182,000.00-$225,000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
