- Lead mentor network operations and NOC SOC teams
- Lead network modernization initiatives
- Manage budgets licenses support contracts and renewals
- Manage uptime performance latency and security KPIs
- Manage vendors and system integrators
- Monitor service components and detect issues
- Own enterprise network operations
- Own operational risk registers
- Own operational technology roadmap
- Reduce repeat incidents and MTTR through analytics
- Support internal external audits and compliance assessments
