Customer Success Manager
Tasks
- Convert customers into references and case studies
- Coordinate across teams for successful post-sales activities
- Drive customer activation adoption and expansion
- Maintain renewal health and risk mitigation
- Own Security Account Success Plan and burn curve
- Perform security gap analysis and workload rollouts
- Provide insights on adoption challenges and product gaps
- Support ARR retention and execution of success plans
