Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Expert Sales professional to drive sales efforts in the domains of cloud native applications, internal development platforms, cloud platforms, platform engineering, application architecture, application modernization, integration, and APIs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, soft skills, and business acumen to effectively engage with clients and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities as Expert Sales
Sales Leadership
- Lead complex sales cycles, from prospecting to deal closure, by effectively articulating value propositions and driving customer engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, influence long-term strategic direction, and act as Customer trusted advisor
- Work with Account Managers to grow new business on Application Transformation Solutions
- Build up a sales pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets for Application Transformation portfolio
- Conduct customer presentations, create and articulate value propositions for our offerings
- Create customer proposals and coordinate the input given by other teams within the sales cycle
Technical Consultation
- Provide expert-level technical consultation to clients on cloud native applications, internal developer platforms, cloud platforms, platform engineering, application architecture, and application modernization strategies
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, leveraging integration and API technologies
- Explore and understand complex customer requirements on business and technical levels. Engage, educate, and ensure customer satisfaction
Solution Development
- Coordinate with Delivery team to align messages and priorities on ready for sale elements as well as focus on upcoming market needs
- Coordinate with a team of sales experts to grow and exceed annual and quarterly business accountabilities
Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their business objectives and align solutions accordingly
Market Insight
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in cloud platforms, cloud native application architectures, platform engineering and application modernization
- Work with our partners on joint marketing and go to market efforts to generate additional leads and opportunities

Requisitos
Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years technology related sales or consultancy experience, promoting Application Transformation solutions
- Proven track record in sales roles
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities, with Strength in customer acquisition and pipeline development
- Experience in solution selling, with proficiency in articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences..
- Ability to translate customer business insights into technology at C-level and act as a thought leader in translate them into tailored solutions
- Excellent communication, pitch, presentation and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership and management skills (strategic planning, business acumen, influencing, making change happen)
- Business acumen with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building strategic customer and partner relationships
- Experience planning, pitching, and executing a territory sales strategy/sales program and developing mechanisms to scale business
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
- Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms and cloud native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP), platform engineering, architecture principles, Internal Developer Platforms, DevOps practices and application modernization.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud native application stacks.
- Knowledge of observability stacks like Grafana, DataDog or DynaTrace
- Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
- Security expertise in platform design.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, and empathy for understanding clients' needs.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in cloud services Google / AWS / Azure XXX Certified
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA): This certification validates expertise in Kubernetes administration and orchestration.
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer: Demonstrates proficiency in AWS services and DevOps practices.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP): A CISSP certification showcases deep security knowledge.
- Business background necessary to create business cases & ROI
- Experience in a specific vertical industry (Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Retail, Financial Services, Enargy).
- A technical background in computer science or related is a plus
- Be familiar with Agile and OKRs
