Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EUC Engineer to design, implement, and maintain endpoint security, management, and automation solutions across our enterprise. You will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and securing end-user devices, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise infrastructure while enhancing performance and security. This role requires deep expertise in endpoint management tools, security best practices, and scripting for automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Endpoint Management & Deployment

• Design, configure, and manage enterprise-wide endpoint management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
• Develop automated deployment strategies for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Create and maintain golden images for various device types.
• Optimize device performance, security, and compliance based on business needs.

Security & Compliance

• Implement and maintain endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, AV, DLP, encryption).
• Ensure endpoint configurations adhere to security best practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA).
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents affecting endpoints.
• Work with the security team to enforce Zero Trust Architecture and least privilege access principles.

Automation & Scripting

• Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for endpoint management and configuration.
• Improve patch management and software deployment through automation.
• Create and maintain Group Policies (GPOs), configuration profiles, and scripts for policy enforcement.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Lead advanced troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues in collaboration with IT support teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation of persistent endpoint issues.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles and best practices for endpoint management.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with IT, Security, and Infrastructure teams to enhance the end-user experience while maintaining security and compliance.
• Evaluate and recommend new endpoint technologies to improve performance and efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging trends in endpoint security, management, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management, security, and automation.
• Proficiency with endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device management.
• Experience with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender ATP, Carbon Black).
• Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls) related to endpoint security.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, and IAM solutions.
• Experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.

Preferred qualifications:

• Certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified Admin, CISSP, CEH, ITIL).
• Experience with cloud-based endpoint management (e.g., Azure AD, AWS WorkSpaces, Google Endpoint Management).
• Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with MDM/UEM strategies for hybrid and remote workforces.
