CyberSecurity Program Manager

Responsibilities

OBXtek is currently looking for a Security Program Manager for the Department of Justice, National Security Division to manage IT Security Program involving services to include security control assessments, continuous monitoring, security information and event management, security architecture, security engineering, ISSO support, POA&Ms, security operations monitoring, cyber hunt, penetration testing, cyber threat intelligence analysis, incident response, and forensics, cloud security, and cybersecurity training.

 

Duties:

The Program Manager III will oversee the execution of the Department of Justice, National Security Division's cybersecurity services support contract. This role involves managing the project management office (PMO), preparing project management plans (PMP), and ensuring that all technical, organizational, and management controls are in place to meet the price, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the task order execution1. The Program Manager III will also be responsible for delivering a Zero Trust roadmap for NSD's Secret and Top-Secret enclaves. 

 

 

Qualifications

Active Secret security clearance

 

• 10 years of computer information technology experience.
• Knowledge of cloud security measures
• Experience in resolving issues and scheduling conflicts and solving complex problems
• Excellent listening skills and communication skills include oral, written, and formal presentations
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies desired

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
