Overview of Chief Information Security Office (CISO):

The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi's clients', our revenue, our employees and our proprietary data. We manage information security as one end-to end program – one with a clear mandate and accountability. Overview of the Role:

The Cybersecurity Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will report directly to CISO MCA, Regulation Management, Controls and QA Head and will be responsible for leading Cybersecurity QA team providing quality assurance services for Third Party Information Security Assessments, Information Security Risk Assessments, Vulnerability and Threat Management, Metrics QA as well as providing Entitlement Support for multiple applications and lines of business throughout Citi.

This is a people management role that will be managing a team of 25 FTE responsible for delivery of quality assurance services for CISO owned cybersecurity programs in alignment with Citi's Information Security policy and standards. The role is responsible for managing quality assurance reviews supporting programs and functions across the Information Security organization. Such reviews are conducted to validate the output of activities and data quality to ensure the requirements are met in accordance with policies and standards. The overall objective is to use infrastructure technology knowledge to review data, resolve and report on issues and assist in program improvements as well as strengthening the control environment and aligning with MCA program.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Cybersecurity Quality Assurance reviews and analysis.
• Identify areas of opportunity to establish new Quality Assurance review programs.
• Collaborate with Cyber Metrics team on providing quality assurance for CSRA metrics.
• Partner with Cyber MCA team to provide monitoring of controls and control assurance services, identify areas of control improvements and assist with operational effectiveness assessment.
• Support the expansion of the Quality Assurance program including approach, design, development, implementation, reporting and data analysis.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and maintained.
• Interpret and apply policies, standards, and procedures with review criteria.
• Conduct root-cause analysis; recommend solutions to improve processes.
• Be a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to drive problem solving and root cause analyses, simplify complex messages and summarize key points.
• Foster constructive dialogue and facilitate open discussion, sharing of knowledge and experience with customers and stakeholders.
• Actively manage relationships with CISO business partners and risk management teams to achieve sustained success.
• Support CISO businesses in second and third line reviews and challenges related to IS programs.
• Manage the team and fulfill all people management responsibilities inclusive of 1x1s, staff call, performance management etc.

Qualifications

• Candidate with 10+ years of relevant experience in Technology/Cybersecurity/Risk Management
• BS/BA degree
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, process development and compliance within a large corporate environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent use of discretion and judgment
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels
• Ability to influence others and achieve desired outcome in areas outside of direct control
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a large, global corporate environment
• Additional Technical Certifications preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
