Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Third Party Cyber Risk Analyst to join our ECS Governance, Risk, & Compliance Team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's information systems and data from cyber threats posed by third-party vendors. You will use a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
What You’ll Work On:
Perform required risk assessments in accordance with regulations to identify and assess risks across the enterprise, focusing on third-party vendors.
Assist in developing risk scenarios and provide inputs for threat modeling to stay ahead of emerging cyber threats.
Manage a cyber risk register aligned with enterprise risk standards.
Assist with cyber risk processes, including risk classification, validation, and accepting or denying identified risks from various cybersecurity teams.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party vendors, including evaluating their security practices, compliance with regulatory requirements, and overall risk profile.
Support the preservation, maintenance, review, and publication of cybersecurity policies.
Maintain and update security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver required regulatory activities, such as the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and communicate risk findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stay informed on emerging cyber news and threat intelligence to inform risk management strategies.

You Have:
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cyber risk, or governance functions
Experience with cybersecurity principles, best practices, and risk frameworks such as NIST 800 series publications, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Standard Information Gathering (SIG), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), United Kingdom Cyber Essentials, or Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR™)
Experience in risk identification, quantification, assessment, and reporting
Experience with GRC platforms, including Archer and ServiceNow
Experience with Microsoft Office Pro Suite and SharePoint
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience as a cyber risk consultant, including Third Party Cyber Risk Management consulting
Experience with system security plans and compliance requirements
Possession of excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Possession of excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in a Cybersecurity field
CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CGEIT Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
