Cyber Security Intern

We're seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to support our cybersecurity efforts by assisting with security monitoring, incident investigations, and network audits. This role offers hands-on experience in threat detection, intelligence gathering, and security documentation, helping to strengthen our overall security posture.

The internship is approximately 12 weeks, starting in April or May 2025.

• Support basic triage and investigation of security alerts.
• Conduct regular security monitoring tasks of systems and networks.
• Facilitate internal security-related processes.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing threat intelligence and communicating relevant findings.
• Support the documentation of security policies and procedures.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on cyber security. Please highlight relevant coursework and projects in cyber security, system administration, or network security.
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles (e.g., network security, system hardening, best practices).
• Experience with Linux; familiarity with macOS and Windows.
• Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Go, JS).
• Understanding of virtualization and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
