Job Description

• Support Asia Cyber Security Team to implement and lead the operation of the Cyber Security Operation covering Asia and China zone.
• Cyber security architecture (Security by Design) - System, network, application, cloud
• Security Process and Technology Design
• Evaluate and adopt the Global and China Security Tool for SOC Operations such as SOAR (PA), SIEM (Splunk, Qradar, Google SecOps, MS Sentinel), EDR (MDE, Crowdstrike, SentinelOne), NDR (Darktrace, Vectra), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), etc. 
• Web security Scan (Acunetix, Brup Suite) and Vulnerability management (Qualys)
• Cloud Security management (AWS, GCP, AliCloud)
• Privileged Access management (Also Identity and Access Management) - (Beyond Trust, Cyberark, Okta, Ping)
• Hands on Experiences Security monitoring and Incident response will be an added advantage. 
• Experience of OT Security protection (Nozomi, Claroity, Tenable), monitoring and response will be an added advantage. 
• Security Tool integration and automation.
• Security Service Vendor Management
• Security KPI implementation
• Good Cyber security or IT Project Management skills
• Experience of Application Security and DevSecOps. (Jira, Servicenow)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years hands-on experience in IT Security, experience in SOC operation will be preferred. 2 years of supervisory or Managerial experience

• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset

• Good liaison skill, teamwork, passion and commitment mentality

• Strong self-motivation, with good leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, able to communicate effectively to stakeholders

• Strong problem solving and project execution skills; able to handle changing priorities and drive difficult decisions; highly dependable team player with ongoing commitment to excellence

• Relevant professional certification, such as CISSP, CCSP, PMP is desired

• Good communication in English and Mandarin

• Travel: occasional in the Asia zone (China, max monthly   Asia, max quarterly)
