Kroll is seeking a motivated career and client-oriented Operations Manager to join our C&DR team.  The Operations Manager helps drive service line operation through resource management, data analytics, process management, continual improvement, and the execution of strategic projects. Additionally, the Operations Manager helps facilitate the delivery of Offensive Security services throughout the lifecycle of their engagements. This individual is comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and execute strategic projects from inception through conclusion. Examples of current & past projects include: revenue and capacity forecasting, harmonizing global operations, risk management program, skills analysis to determine gaps across the practice, and launching an internal wiki.
  • Work in collaboration with the wider Cyber & Data Resilience Operations Strategy team to gather and analyze data to help drive Service Line performance towards goals and OKRs.
  • Build and foster professional relationships with Kroll stakeholders including Finance and Sales Operations.
  • Review financial data to ensure revenue is being correctly attributed.
  • Contribute to process design and documentation.
  • Initiate and implement enhancements that align with organizational goals.
  • Communicate new ideas and areas for development/improvement.
  • Work in collaboration with Engagement Managers to successfully manage client-facing projects and ensure timely execution and deliverables. Day-to-day tasks may include: resourcing, scheduling, data entry/sanitization, issuing deliverables to clients.
  • Drive client satisfaction and proactive handling of engagements by anticipating client needs and raising project risks.

 

Essential Traits:

  • 5+ years progressive experience in solutions or business-oriented roles which focus on productivity and quality.
  • A track record of taking initiative in the workplace and a desire for efficiency.
  • The ability to think independently, critically, and make “best practice” decisions.
  • Be detail and process oriented with a “get things done” attitude, having demonstrated excellence in time management, project management and prioritization.
  • An understanding of IT and Project Management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, with a proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Hands-on knowledge of manipulating data sets to create Power BI dashboards and familiarity with Power Automate is a plus.
  • An analytical mindset and the experience to back it up, ability to derive business insights and tell a narrative, familiarity with general accounting principles.
  • Experience developing, documenting, and implementing new processes and governance is an asset.
  • An interest in Cybersecurity is encouraged.

The current salary range for this position is $70,000 to $150,000
