GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's cyber security assurance processes. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security assessments, and monitoring the organization's cyber security posture.

We are seeking a highly experienced  Technical Targeter to support our operations in a key area of interest. As a senior-level Technical Targeter, you will discover, develop, and present operational leads and opportunities to your integrated contractor-government team. You will also lead efforts to develop and implement strategies to gather information working closely with other teams and agencies. Your expertise in tradecraft, tools, and methodologies will be crucial in driving mission success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate new leads/proposals to advance program-area objectives and review all adjacent data
  • Conduct raw data analysis, normalize and consolidate with existing data to produce new and novel information
  • Present data to senior level audience on an as-needed basis and provide recommendations based on previous experience
  • Coordinate analysis and recommendations with a multi-organizational team of professionals
  • Respond to senior-level requests

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated targeting experience
  • Experience working with cyber topics
  • Knowledge of computer, mobile, and telecom networking
  • Demonstrated success using various sponsor tools and databases to develop work products
  • Proven success assimilating and evaluating disparate datasets of different types and sizes
  • Demonstrated experience as part of a team that provides successful execution of projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write well and present findings to senior audience at a variety of levels of technical understanding
  • Senior-level ability to crate work products that are complete, QA'd and error free
  • Demonstrated experience leading discussions with small and large teams
  • Other qualifications as specified during on-site interviews

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Chinese language skills
  • Python programming experience
  • Familiarity with both Windows and Linus OS
  • Experience monitoring and tracking ongoing efforts and communications with multiple stakeholders. A background in organizational skills or as a desk officer is preferred.
