Deputy General Manager Business Development & Excellence

Role Purpose

Design, develop, review, approve and implement Integrated Quality Management System (Product Owner-IQMS) around IT Service Management, S/W Development, Testing and engineering & cyber security practices across all TechV centres. Drive process improvement, Automation & compliance across all services in Technology_ VOIS.

Job Requirement:

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Process Design, Implementation & improvement  
• Automation using Infopath, power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint etc.  
• ITIL4, SAFe, Agile, DevSecOps and waterfall Methodologies 
• PMP with Sales/Presales experience in IT domain
• 10-15 years’ experience in  IT /Software sector with  minimum  8-10 years in Quality/Business Development .  
• Post-Graduation / Graduation (BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/MBA) 
• Certification - Leading SAFe, SAFe PMP, ITILv4/ISO 20000-1, DevSecOps  
• Stakeholder Management 
• Strong communication skills 

Key performance indicators: 

• Effective system and/or process design and ensure process institutionalization  and standardization across services & Centres 
• Identify and Automate QA tasks  
• Experience in designing SLA/SoW for S/W Development and Support Services 
• Plan & conduct Audits and Maturity Assessments in assigned area
