What You’ll Be Doing

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Lead the IT Team: You’ll manage and mentor a talented group of IT pros, ensuring they’re motivated and delivering their best.
• Master the IT Budget: Plan, track, and keep IT spending cost-effective without compromising quality.
• Keep Things Running: Oversee daily IT operations—servers, hardware, software, operating systems—you’re the go-to person for it all.
• Set Up for Success: Design, implement, and coordinate IT systems, policies, and procedures that make things seamless.
• Stay Ahead of Threats: Take charge of information security, conduct audits, and prevent breaches like a pro.
• Fix Problems Fast: Identify and resolve any IT hiccups, often before anyone even notices.
• Network Like a Boss: Manage LAN, WLAN, WAN, DNS, and Exchange Servers like it’s second nature.
• Keep Data Safe: Deploy backup solutions that ensure nothing important ever gets lost.
• Deliver Stellar Service: Whether it’s a local user or a corporate client, you’ll keep communication clear, courteous, and professional.

About You

• You’re a pro at Exchange Servers, Internet Security, and networking essentials (LAN, WLAN, WAN, and DNS).
• ISO 27001? Security audits? You’ve got it covered.
• You can deploy backup solutions in your sleep.
• You stay calm, professional, and flexible even when things get hectic.
• You love solving problems and finding innovative solutions.
• You’re service-oriented and communicate with users and clients like a true professional.
• Bonus points if you have certifications like CISSP, ITIL, or Microsoft credentials.

Requirements

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within IT support, focusing on managing a team and delivering exceptional service.
• Expert-level knowledge and experience in risk management, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and compliance.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of IT support best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or other industry-recognized certifications, are highly desirable.
