Senior Solution Architect - Cybersecurity & IAM

We are seeking for a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Cybersecurity & IAM to lead the development of technical solutions in Cyber Security Service and offerings, design solutions that control user access to information within the client environment, leveraging Identity and Access Management knowledge and skills.

Objectives:

• Collaborate with Cyber Security Business Development & account/pursuit sales leadership to define security-specific solution strategies aligned with the "Win Strategy".
• Ensure the soundness of integrated security solutions and secure Cyber Security Service Delivery assurance signoff for all proposals.
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure adherence to Atos governance processes (e.g., Rainbow & Cyber Security Service Governance) throughout the lifecycle of pursuits/engagements.
• Engage with clients to identify cyber security needs/requirements, collaborate with SMEs and bid teams to develop cyber security proposals, collect high-level designs, pricing, and validate proposed security solutions.
• Work with engineers and SMEs to develop technical solutions or offerings, translate business needs into technical requirements, and contribute to the value proposition and costing definition.
• Develop and deliver well-written and communicated overviews and details of proposed solutions, including formal written proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and related communication media to effectively convey the business and technical value of the solution and Eviden's competitive differentiation.

Activities:

• Support Bid & Proposal solution development, including technical design and development of complex proposals for Cyber Security solutions (managed services, System Integration, and Consulting).
• Provide expertise across the full lifecycle – from consultancy to architectural definition to solution implementation.
• Conduct workshops and security assessments to help clients understand their security and privacy issues, risks, exposure, and vulnerabilities, and architect secure solutions to address specific security and privacy requirements.
• Create high-quality documentation such as Presentations, Risk Assessments, Reports, and complete metrics and spreadsheets.
• Develop and deliver quality client presentations (both virtually and in person).
• Evaluate and recommend future technologies and methodologies to enhance cyber security services and offerings.
• Exhibit excellent writing skills, including a firm grasp of technical aspects and report delivery to clients.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Senior Solution Architecture experience.
• Several years of experience in IT security, compliance, and risk management, including privacy, controls, and Cloud security.
• Experience in Cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google, and Hybrid cloud environments), including expertise in Cloud Access Security Broker solutions and cloud-based security solutions.
• Full lifecycle project experience as a Security Consultant, including design and implementation.
• Implementation experience with enterprise identity and access management systems such as CyberArk, Okta, and SailPoint.
• Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and NIST, and experience advising customers on architectures meeting industry standards such as SSAE18, ISAE3402, SOC1, FISMA, etc.
• Client-facing experience at various levels.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC
