We are looking for a skilled professional to take charge of the cybersecurity of IT and OT solutions for the Jerusalem Light Rail Project. If you have expertise in cybersecurity regulations, risk assessment, and network security, this role is for you!

Responsible of the cybersecurity of IT and OT solutions in Jerusalem LightRail Project.

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• ENGINEERING:

  • Cybersecurity Techs: Strong skills in controls design and deployment.

  • Cybersecurity regulations knowledge: ISO27001, IEC62443, TS50701.

  • Networking Techs: Knowledge in comms, flows and protocols.

  • Requirement Management: Analysis of requirements from tender docs,  tracking to  subsystems and compliance monitoring of the whole project.

  • Documentation: Collaboration with the CISO to achieve client’s approval of Project's deliverables (Cybersecurity management plan, general design, detail design, risk analysis, policies, etc.).

  • Manage and/or collaborate in risk assessment and remediation plan.

  • Collaborate in subsystem-cybersecurity design approval.

  • Supply chain: Collab in cybersecurity subcontractor budgeting, purchasing and managing deliveries.

  • Development and documentation of the information Security Management System (ISMS).

  • Audit and collaboration in the requirement compliance validation (T&C).

  • Support to Information security and cyber protection periodic tests.

  • Supervise the correction of security vulnerabilities and its fix/patching.

  • An advantage for those with practical experience in MOT and INCD regulation.

• MANAGEMENT:

  • Manage cybersecurity requests, requirements and issues with the CISO and client.

  • Follow the cybersecurity plan and CISO’s instructions.

  • Align with the working methodology of the project and make suggestions to improve it.

  • Monitor and control the deployment of cybersecurity controls among all the subsystems of the project. Inform the CISO with KPIs and alarms.
