Cyber Security Workforce Analyst (AU Education Services, Hybrid)

Schedule: Monday-Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Experience managing external and internal stakeholders to achieve outcomes
• Experience working in technology delivery functions
• Experience in development of meaningful reporting metrics, and reporting templates
• Experience working in projects as a business analyst or project analyst
• Experience with financial management

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or Technology
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

What will you do? 

• Develop governance processes for internal IDP stakeholders engaged in expansion project, or who are utilising resources from the delivery centre
• Develop Key Performance Metrics and Reporting to demonstrate overall performance of delivery centre
• Chair monthly governance meetings for all stakeholders who are engaged in expansion project and track outcomes of meetings, meeting minutes
• Point of escalation for issues associated with delivery centre and work with stakeholders to resolve
• Point of contact for vendors utilised in expansion projects, managing vendor performance in line with key performance metrics
• Working with global procurement teams to ensure resources have technology (laptops, mobile phones) at commencement of employment
• Point of contact for vendor invoicing enquiries, and management of payments on a fortnightly basis
• Interface with internal project, finance teams to ensure accurate financials and maintained and reflected in ledgers
• Report on ongoing vendor costs associated with cyber security and broader technology resources
• Support hiring managers globally in recruitment of new resources and ensuring internal IDP processes and policies are met
