Senior Analyst, Cyber Strategy
Cyber strategy role focused on supporting the development of a multiyear cyber strategy. This includes business case management and scenario planning. Also responsible for board level reporting and integration management activities. This role will have the cyber leadership team as key stakeholders as well as horizontal engagement with other cyber and technology functions.
Key responsibilities
Assists leadership in preparing the annual Cyber Strategy packs
Gathers information and performs analysis as input to the development of the cyber strategy
Provide management with insights and research on Cyber Security trends and threat landscape
Prepare and maintain the annual cyber security investment budgets and forecasting
Develops and maintains relationships built on trust with peers both internal as well as industry
Collaborates with peers throughout the company to ensure cyber security principles are embedded in their respective functional or divisional strategies
Actively supports in developing and maintaining board packs and relevant reporting
Handles multiple engagements and challenging priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
Proactively supports management to prepare and develop material for meetings, including coordination of meeting invitations, diary management, email distribution list updates and follow-up actions
Critical Outcomes
Annual development of tactical and long terms cyber strategies
Board and Executive level reporting of LSEG’s cyber security profile and status
Cyber investment prioritisation
Impact
Looks for alignments across Business Units or functions and recommends process, product or service improvements
Develops innovative concepts, services, technologies or products to address current and future requirements
Key KPIs
Achievement of strategic objectives through mobilisation of impactful cyber programmes
Timely production of material for board meetings and other relevant executive committees
Technical / job functional knowledge
Understanding and knowledge of control frameworks based on industry best practices such as NIST, COBIT, and ISO27001.
Cyber security qualification e.g. CISSP / CISM (desirable)
Degree qualification in Cyber, Information Security or IT management (desirable), equivalent experience
