About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for a Vulnerability Technical Operations Intern to join our growing Vulnerability Management team within the Information Security department.
What You’ll Do:
Review and act on vulnerability data gathered from various sources
Review and verify false positive requests
Develop dashboards to visualize remediation efforts
Contribute to new risk reduction initiatives
Help with automation of manual processes
Document procedures
Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required
Contribute to the culture of information security across the organization
What You'll Need:
Pursuing a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or related technology field and graduating between December 2025 - June 2027
Reliable, self-motivated, and self-disciplined individual capable of planning and executing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Emerging security vulnerabilities and issues
Basic knowledge of commonly used networking protocols (e.g. HTTPS)
Linux / Bash CLI
Scripting
Bonus Points:
Experience with RESTFul API Integrations
Security certifications issued by GIAC, CompTIA, ISACA, or (ISC)2
Experience with Windows and Linux servers
Ability to write code or comprehend a programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Go)
Great attitude and a willingness to learn
