How do you excel in this position

The IT Endpoint Security Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoints (computers, cell phones, tablets) throughout their useful life cycle, beginning after procurement and ending with decommissioning. This role will promote compliance to a common standard, improve efficiency in deployment time, enhance protection against malicious attacks and speed endpoint delivery for integration projects.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Three (3) years of experience configuring and managing endpoints using Intune, AutoPilot, and vulnerability management software such as Qualys, required.
• Experience succeeding in delivering excellent technical solutions and customer experience in a self-driven environment required.
• Demonstrated experience building an excellent customer experience within IT.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
