FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate cybersecurity projects and ensure timely delivery of security initiatives. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Cybersecurity department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing.

The Cybersecurity Project Coordinator will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project documentation, and facilitate communication between stakeholders while ensuring compliance with security standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of cybersecurity projects, including project scoping, resource allocation, timeline development, and milestone tracking using industry-standard project management tools
- Serve as primary point of contact between project stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating regular meetings, preparing detailed status reports, and ensuring clear communication channels for project updates and concerns
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project-related risks through comprehensive risk assessment frameworks, developing contingency plans, and implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor and track project progress and deliverables using project management software, creating detailed progress reports, and establishing KPIs to measure project success
- Ensure alignment with security standards and compliance regulations, including NIST frameworks, ISO standards, and industry-specific requirements through regular audits and compliance checks
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, security protocols, implementation guides, and post-implementation reviews
- Collaborate with IT, security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure integrated approach to cybersecurity project implementation and risk management
- Recommend and implement process improvements based on project metrics, stakeholder feedback, and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain security awareness training materials and coordinate training sessions for project team members
- Oversee vendor management for cybersecurity projects, including contract review, performance monitoring, and relationship management
- Coordinate incident response planning and testing as part of project implementation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field required; PMP, CISM, or similar certifications preferred
- Experience working in cybersecurity or IT projects within a corporate environment required
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and cybersecurity principles preferred
- Must be able to work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
