Sentar is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk & Digital Operations Analyst to support an active government contract. This role requires expertise in Risk Management Framework (RMF), vendor coordination, and cybersecurity operations, as well as proficiency in digital office management, workflow automation, and personnel coordination within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
The ideal candidate will have technical acumen in cybersecurity risk management while also serving as a strategic enabler for the team’s digital operations. This individual will streamline office workflows, coordinate logistics, manage IT support functions, and facilitate personnel onboarding, ensuring smooth operations in a high-visibility government contract environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Cybersecurity Risk Management Support
? Provide problem-solving, coordination, and collaboration with Cybersecurity Operations and Risk Management executives.
? Conduct research on enterprise security environments, develop RMF packages, and support continuous monitoring efforts.
? Analyze and report on cybersecurity metrics, compliance measures, and risk posture across interconnected systems and
Medical Device Equipment (MDE).
? Maintain documentation repositories to capture historical cybersecurity data and provide real-time access to system
details.
? Coordinate with Cybersecurity stakeholders, program managers, and vendors to ensure RMF compliance and
cybersecurity integration.
? Participate in technology meetings to track system status changes and evaluate cybersecurity requirement impacts.
Digital Office & Workflow Optimization
? Implement digital task automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI) to enhance workflow
efficiency.
? Develop standardized digital processes for office and contract management, reducing administrative friction.
? Support Sentar Corporate IT by troubleshooting basic network and hardware issues.
Personnel & Logistics Coordination
? Act as the primary point of contact for office logistics, managing inventory, IT assets, and vendor support.
? Facilitate onboarding and out-processing for team members, ensuring seamless transitions.
? Track and manage equipment supply levels, coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries, and oversee resupply of office stock
and cybersecurity tools.
? Enable remote/hybrid work policies by supporting the integration of collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams,
SharePoint).

Qualifications:

Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Experience:

? 10+ years of technical experience or Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of technical experience.

? Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
? Active Secret Clearance required.
? Minimum of IAT Level II certification (IAT/IAM Level III certification is a plus) before you start.
? Experience with digital workflow automation, office management systems, and IT troubleshooting is highly desirable.
