Everfox, LLC is a growing company with innovative, unique and compelling technology that customers have come to rely on. As the demand for Everfox technology continues to grow, our business requires sophisticated strategic sales resources and new routes to market. This position is a remote position reporting to the Everfox facility in Herndon, VA. We're looking for an OEM Partner Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This isn't your typical 9-to-5 – expect a fast-paced, challenging environment where you'll navigate obstacles and build relationships across all levels of the organization, from engineering to sales to product to marketing to legal.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the OEM Partner Development Specialist at Everfox, you'll be a key player in developing and executing strategic partnerships that fuel our growth. You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, building and managing relationships with technology and OEM partners to expand Everfox' s reach within the defense and government sector. This is a hands-on role where you'll wear many hats, from identifying and qualifying new partners to assisting in new product development and managing successful partner efforts and how we GTM with their solutions.
You will engage directly with Everfox Partners, field Sales teams and Sales leadership, Capture and Business Development teams, technical teams, Inside Sales and Sales Management, Marketing, Legal, Contracts, and Operations teams to design and execute ways of maximizing the impact on the business from said partnerships.
This role requires operational and business acumen, a broad understanding of the relationships between various technologies across the cybersecurity space, creativity, follow-through, and a strong bias for action. You must be able to effectively coordinate with a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders, get them on the same page in terms of roles and objectives, communication/collaboration cadence, and execution.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the federal marketplace in a sales or technical sales role or in the capacity of Business Development with a focus on building partner programs that drive tangible near-term and long-term revenue for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships: Identify, qualify, and onboard new technology and OEM partners.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives: Develop and execute joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies with partners.
- Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including partners, sales teams, and executives.
- Analyze and report: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate regular reports.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously research and identify new partnership opportunities and market trends.
- Navigate the complexities: Work closely with legal and contracts teams to ensure all agreements are in place.
- Maintain ongoing interaction with sales, channel, marketing, and other various internal stakeholders.
- Understand Everfox technologies and go-to-market objectives and apply that understanding to identify, qualify, and optimize partner technology collaboration mechanisms.
- Develop and track partner GTM campaigns and monitor campaign efficacy.
- Identify and develop new OEM bundled solutions.
- Build relationships with partners and prospective partners.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with customers, competitors, clients, and teammates to develop partnership strategies.
- Meet with customers, resellers, and teammates to develop insight on go-to-market strategies and collaborative partner technologies or capabilities.
- Interact routinely with multiple levels of management, infrastructure POCs, staff, and customers, and follow through on tasking.

The position requires familiarity with US Federal government contracting, IT solution selling, Federal acquisition practices and solicitation structures, commercial contract negotiations, and it requires exceptional drive for results. The candidate must be a US Person who is eligible to interact with technical content that is governed by International Trafficking and Arms Regulations (ITAR). The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, a competitive drive to create new sales, and the discipline to follow through and deliver continually throughout all phases of partner program management. Administratively, the role also requires competency in Office productivity and collaboration tools.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
This role requires that the successful candidate have a proven track record of successfully managing partner or customer relationships and hitting quarterly/annual targets. Candidate must be a US Person. The preferred candidate has 5+ years of related experience, as well as the ability to use automated tools such as Microsoft Office to present ideas, information, and reports.
