The Security Tools division plays a pivotal role in this transformation by managing the full lifecycle of security technologies to protect critical infrastructure.
Job Purpose:
The Senior Technology Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security tools, with a primary focus on CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). The engineer will support security initiatives by deploying and integrating security toolsets within the IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- CyberArk Expertise:
- Design, plan, implement, and maintain CyberArk Vault (versions 10x to 14x or latest).
- Develop PSM/CP connectors using AutoIT and Selenium.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with CyberArk components.
- Manage CyberArk installations on-premise and in cloud environments.
- Implement and maintain components such as AIM (CCP/CP), PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA.
- Security Operations:
- Apply security best practices in privileged access management.
- Support Cyber Security teams during incidents following the incident response protocols.
- Ensure secure configuration and hardening of Vault, PSM, PSMP, CPM, and PVWA.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of security baselines and standards.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Provide clear and actionable threat assessments to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Research and recommend new security tools and approaches.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Technical Skills:
- Primary (Must-Have):
- CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA
- Development of connectors using AutoIT, Selenium
- Secondary (Good-to-Have):
- Secrets Management (HashiCorp Vault)
- Identity Services (SailPoint)
- Single Sign-On (Ping Identity)
- Encryption/Tokenization Services (CipherTrust Manager)
- Database Access Monitoring (Imperva)
- Certificate Management (AppViewX)
- Scripting Languages:
- Python, PowerShell, Bash, Java, .NET
- Infrastructure Knowledge:
- Networking fundamentals: Load balancer configurations, Data center affinity
- High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies for Vault systems

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISA, CISM
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in security engineering within large organizations
