Job Description:

Position Summary 

The Senior Director, Cyber and Information Governance Partnership Manager, is responsible for leading Epiq’s partnership development, maturity, and initiatives with partners who work with our Cyber Incident Response and Information Governance (IG) practices. This leader should have demonstrable experience in developing and executing on strategies around engaging small and large partners, preferably with Cyber Incident Response and/or Information Governance background. This role involves actively managing both practices’ partner portfolio, up-selling retainer and Incident Response services via our incident response partners to Cyber’s extensive client base, recruiting and onboarding new partners, and deploying best practices across both groups to drive operational efficiencies and revenue growth. 

 

Essential Job Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the relationship manager for all of IG (outside of managing the Microsoft relationship) and Cyber’s partners. 

  • Standardized the IG and Cyber partnership strategy and operational practices. 

  • Identify, prioritize and recruit partners in the IG and Cyber market that will drive impactful revenue for Epiq. 

  • Actively manage and expand IG’s partner portfolio, focusing on high-quality and compliance-focused service offerings. 

  • Work with each partner to develop a execution plan with clear actions and KPIs to drive growth and results aligned with each partner’s business plan. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to up-sell retainer services to Cyber’s clients, leveraging post-event opportunities. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage retainer and response partnerships to drive downstream services such as mining, review, notification, call center and credit monitoring. 

  • Acquire and manage partners, especially those with local language and culture support capabilities outside the US and UK. 

  • Collaborate with various departments, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies. 

  • Deploy best practices across IG and Cyber groups to enhance operational efficiencies and drive revenue growth.    

  • Coordinate with Marketing to create and maintain compelling marketing messaging collateral that would be used to sell to Cyber and IG clients. These would include pitch decks, sales sheets, website information, solution briefs, etc. 

  • Manage the onboarding of all newly acquired partners 

  • Monitor and report on partnership performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and operational KPIs. 

  • Facilitate meetings with partners on their new offerings, features, and challenges to keep the Epiq team up to date. 

  • Present and participate at industry events on Epiq’s partner-related offerings 

  • Ensure Epiq is aligned with key partner stakeholders and executives to maintain and grow awareness of the mutual value these partnerships provide 

 

Qualifications 

  • 7+ years in a business development, sales, or partner management role. 

  • Experience building key strategic relationships and demonstrated ability to make these relationships successful. 

  • Strong project management experience, with exceptional skills at handling multiple, complex projects. 

  • Experience partnering with modern technical service firms and developing go to market partnering initiatives with them. 

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to effectively influence internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization. 

  • Strategic and analytical thinker who can translate ideas into action plans. 

  • Experience in the legal/compliance industry a plus, especially Cyber Incident Response and Information Governance 

The Compensation range for this role is 156,091.50 - 312,182.40 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
