Compliance Behavioural Specialist (80-100% working degree)

We are recruiting a Behavioural Specialist to join our Compliance function. As part of a wider team, you will help us develop and deliver new approaches to how we communicate and train our 14,000 employees around the globe on Compliance risks and behaviours including Bribery and Corruption, Sanctions, Money Laundering and Fraud.
You will have a background in a Behavioural Sciences field or a related discipline, and you should be able to demonstrate experience in applying your knowledge to drive cultural change within a multinational organisation. You should also have an interest in Compliance topics and a strong desire to combine these skills.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Use behavioural science principles to identify barriers to compliance and create interventions that encourage ethical and compliant behaviour
• Support the tailoring of our training and awareness strategies to ensure effective communication of Compliance topics to all regions, roles and levels of the company.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness materials on behavioural science and communication best practices to enhance knowledge within Compliance teams and across Swiss Re.
• Maintain and improve global Compliance Frameworks to ensure they remain robust and adequate in response to regulatory and business environment changes.
• Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses of new trends and developments impacting your Compliance Risk Frameworks, and support the coordination of actions across Swiss Re as required.
• Contributing to Compliance reporting, presentations and KPIs in relation to your assigned Compliance Risks.
• Participating in projects to support the delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan and divisional priorities.
About the Team
The Compliance Programme, Policies & Awareness (PPA) team is responsible for delivering robust Compliance Risk frameworks at Swiss Re. We develop and maintain appropriate policies, standards, and processes, support technology, and build training and awareness programs that educate employees on their responsibilities and behaviours in identifying and managing Compliance Risks. We support the business and our Compliance colleagues by monitoring new Compliance risks and regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate and coordinating a structured risk assessment process across the function. Our diverse team is mainly based in Zurich, Bratislava, and London.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, analytical individual with strong communication skills, able to interpret data and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations. Experience in designing and presenting training or awareness campaigns is key. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
We would like you to have:
• A degree (or higher) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in the application of behavioural science principles to shape training, awareness or communication campaigns within a global corporate context with quantifiable outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.
• Some experience working within compliance frameworks or regulatory environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries).
• Highly proficient English (written and spoken); other languages a plus.
