Cybersecurity & Data Protection Lead – UAV Security & Anti-Spoofing (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect UAV systems from hacking, jamming, and GPS spoofing
• Secure UAV communication channels using end-to-end encryption, authentication, and intrusion detection
• Design and enforce secure boot, cryptographic signing, and firmware integrity checks
• Implement AI-driven anomaly detection for real-time threat identification and mitigation
• Ensure compliance with defense cybersecurity standards (NIST 800-171, CMMC, IEC 62443, DO-326A, MIL-STD-1553)
• Conduct penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for UAV hardware and software
• Lead incident response planning and develop fail-safe mechanisms against cyberattacks
• Collaborate with RF security engineers to counter electronic warfare threats (jamming, spoofing, hijacking)

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in cybersecurity, embedded systems security, or electronic warfare defense
• Expertise in secure embedded systems, cryptographic protocols, and real-time intrusion detection
• Strong knowledge of secure communication (TLS, IPsec, AES-256, PQC) and RF security
• Experience with secure firmware development, TPM, HSM, and anti-reverse engineering techniques
• Familiarity with GPS spoofing countermeasures, software-defined radio (SDR), and RF jamming mitigation
• Proficiency in Python, C, C++, or Rust for security-critical applications

• Experience with offensive cybersecurity (red teaming, penetration testing, ethical hacking)
• Background in AI-powered cybersecurity threat modeling
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) for UAV swarm networks
