The Role

System Design and Implementation:

• Design and implement resilient IT systems to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.

Risk Assessment and Management:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure system resilience.

Incident Response and Recovery:

• Develop and implement incident response plans.
• Coordinate and manage recovery efforts during system outages or failures.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement optimization strategies to enhance system resilience and performance.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure system resilience.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about system status and resilience strategies.

In addition to your technical prowess, you'll also be a strong leader and communicator, able to train and oversee the activities of our service delivery team. You'll foster a collaborative environment and work closely with Marketing Managers, Product Managers, Programmers, and Engineers to ensure our solutions are meeting the needs of our business and our customers.

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in system architecture and design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge of data and system backup solution, network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.

Analytical Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address system vulnerabilities.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications (preferred):

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
• AWS/GCP/Azure Certified Solutions Architect.
• ISO27001 Leader auditor.
• Backup solution related certification.

•3 years of experience of relevant work experience in system operation and backup solution architecture; out of them 1+ years in public cloud system buildup or solution design and implement.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
•Experience with backup up solution in cloud or on-premises, ex, EMC PowerProtect DD.
•Be familiar with and understand regulations related to financial resilience.
