Job Description:
SENIOR INFORMATION SECURITY ANALYST - REMOTEGRDAE 20HWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst for our Identity and Access Management Governance, Oversight team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of Identity and Access Data Analytic models, Visual Dashboard development and insight identification as well as Identity and Access Data remediation support.
The scope of the team’s focus includes basic Identity monitoring to advanced Identity and access monitoring and remediations on the complex threat landscape to:
- Identify, report, and remediate potential identity and access risks, process gaps, lack of data Integrity and user behavior patterns.
- Analyze IAM data and report on statistics, trends, and patterns to gain insights and collaborate with partner teams to make recommendations to management.
- Build algorithms and scripts to correlate multiple data sources, building formulas and applying data cleansing techniques to better understand and analyze data flow through all sources, to help determine process failures and improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Perform collection, aggregation, and transformation on large, complex, and varied data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Automation: Automate data dashboards, reports, workflows, and scripts to advance the IAM Analytics program.
- Visualization: Have the technical skills to develop interactive visuals in dashboards and reports to perform data storytelling.
- Presentation: Present analysis findings to stakeholders in a strategic and concise manner.
- Support: Support the existing IAM Analytics scripts, dashboards, and utilities.
- Security: Keep data safe, secured, and organized by implementing strong data security measures.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience with R, Python, SQL, Excel, PowerBI a must
- Experience with Data Analysis, Process Analysis, Technical Analysis and Data Visualization Design
- Statistical Analysis, Access Control Analysis and Cyber Threat Analysis Knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of Entra and KQL a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Science, Auditing or equivalent.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from$89,040/year to $164,940/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
