Keystone Solutions is looking for a Cybersecurity Compliance Officer to join our dynamic Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consultancy team. Your Role as a Keystone Consultant:
As a Cybersecurity Compliance Officer, you will be embedded within client environments to support and enhance their security governance and risk management processes. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022 and NIS2, while also conducting risk assessments and security posture evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Assessments & Compliance:
- Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and third-party security postures for alignment with industry standards.
- Support compliance tracking for ISO 27001:2022, NIS2 Essential Entity regulations, and data protection frameworks.
Risk Management & Assessments:
- Perform third-party risk assessments, working closely with stakeholders to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Conduct hands-on follow-ups, ensuring security policies, contracts, and documentation are up to date and effective.
Consultancy & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work alongside client teams, advising on governance processes, security documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the enhancement of security maturity across various client projects.

What Were Looking For:
Education: Masters degree minimum.
Experience:
- 3+ years in governance processes, security policy writing, or risk management documentation.
- 5+ years in cybersecurity and/or risk management.
- 5+ years in business process assessment and stakeholder management.
- 1+ year of experience or strong knowledge of NIS or NIS2 compliance.
Languages: - English (C1 minimum)
- French or Dutch (C2 minimum)
- Another European language (C1 preferred)
Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work onsite in Brussels at least 2 days per week.
