Analyst, Technology Compliance - Remote

What you’ll need to succeed as an Analyst, Technology Compliance at XPO

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 2 years of experience with compliance frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.)
• Experience executing information technology projects

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical area; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), MS in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Previous DoD / government experience
• Experience supporting a compliance program with 3rd party audit (SOC1 / SOC2, ISO27000, CMMC, PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc)
• Knowledge of formal systems development methodologies
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• be responsible for supporting, delivering, and coordinating compliance for strategic information technology solutions.
• You will support compliance projects by facilitating resources and timetables within IT and across other departments at XPO.
• Provide support for governance and compliance tasks as needed
• Conduct internal Information Security and Technology controls reviews, audit, and compliance engagements
• Provide consulting with internal operations for global security assessment processes
• Coordinate with IT leadership/others regarding key global risks and support plans
• Execute continuous monitoring and data analysis compliance activities

Employees are paid within a salary range based on their experience, skill set, and market.

Colorado annual salary range: $73,976 to $92,470

New York annual salary range: $77,499 to $96,873

California annual salary range: $81,021 to $101,277

Washington State annual salary range: $77,499 to $96,873

Maryland annual salary range: $77,499 to $96,873

Minnesota annual salary range:$70,453 to $88,067

Illinois annual salary range: $73,976 to $92,470

Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set (e.g., if an applicant far exceeds the minimum and preferred qualifications for the role). 

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for a sign-on bonus, annual and long-term incentive awards, and an equity buyout award.
