Key Responsibilities:
The Intelligence Analyst – Sensitive Activities provides scientific, technical, and analytic intelligence expertise to support DAF sensitive activities worldwide, including emerging technologies, intelligence assessments, and classified intelligence initiatives. This support aligns with PWS Sections 1.3.2 and 1.3.3, ensuring timely and accurate intelligence research, strategic assessments, and reporting to enhance national security operations.
The DAF SAF/OCX office has a continuing need for senior intelligence analyst support to ensure the effective execution of mission-critical intelligence operations. The complexity and scope of sensitive activities and emerging threats necessitate subject matter expertise in intelligence collection, technical assessments, and risk analysis. Due to the rapidly evolving nature of adversary capabilities, expertise in scientific and technical intelligence assessments is essential for maintaining operational superiority and ensuring mission success.
The Intelligence Analyst – Sensitive Activities will provide scientific, technical, and analytic intelligence expertise to support DAF sensitive activities worldwide. The analyst will conduct intelligence research, develop assessments, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver concise reports on emerging and existing intelligence concerns. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Use a wide range of concepts, principles, practices, facts, and information including All-Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Military Deception, Operations Security (OPSEC), Signature Management, Cyber Risk Management, and Identity Management to assess and mitigate threats to USAF/USSF sensitive activities.
- Work collaboratively with intelligence analysts, operations support officers, technology specialists, and DoD stakeholders to enhance mission effectiveness.
- Produce analytical reports in various formats to support decision-making at the highest levels.
- Expedite intelligence analysis using advanced text and visual analytics tools.
- Conduct intelligence oversight compliance, ensuring adherence to EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01, and all relevant security directives.
- Monitor and assess the impact of policy changes on defense operations, supporting DAF leadership in strategy formulation and implementation.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Minimum of 10+ years of related experience in providing intelligence analytic support to DoD.
- Six (6) years of direct experience planning, developing, and producing highly technical All-Source or Counterintelligence threat assessments or risk analysis for sensitive DoD operations, platforms, and capabilities.
- Expertise in intelligence collection methodologies, and DoD intelligence processes. • Strong background in intelligence oversight compliance, including familiarity with EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01, and Air Force Intelligence policies.
- Proficiency in intelligence analysis software, data visualization tools, and analytical methodologies.
- Ability to brief senior military and defense officials on intelligence matters and strategic assessments.
- The Contractor must know and understand the tools and resources available to access relevant unclassified and classified data and show a deep understanding of All-Source or Counterintelligence Threat Analysis.
- MS or BA with 4 years of experience
- TS/SCI Clearance required
Desired:
- Experience in planning, development, evaluation (due diligence), staffing, and execution of Operational Support Plans used to administer and protect DAF global sensitive activities.
- Experience with various classified and open-source research/analytic tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Google Earth, i2 Analyst Notebook, Palantir, etc.).
Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40hrs
Basic Compensation:
$160,000-$170,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
