Security Compliance

Responsibility

1. Take ownership and implementing day to day security process and procedures at site.

 

1.  Being proficient with security systems such as CCTV, access control, DFMD fire detection and fighting system and manage the physical security program which includes cameras, access control and fire safety systems.

 

1. Ensure implementation of security policies and procedure of customers as per their standards

 

1. Prepare and conduct security and safety awareness training, including induction of new employees and resources

 

1. Ensure fire evacuation drills are conducted in line with local compliance and that fire wardens are trained and operate within these parameters.

 

1. Regular liaison with security vendors to ensure manpower levels are consistent and are in line with service level agreement.

 

1. Verify Data center security programs are delivered to meet defined global security standards.

 

1. Supervise security and fire safety staff, assign/monitor work assignments and provide training for staff on security procedures and basic fire.

 

1. Ensure all statutory compliances are adhered.

 

1. Conducting security risk assessment and planning effective guarding strategies.

 

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree in any discipline
2. 5+ years of professional experience in physical security preferably in Data center /ITES.

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
