We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer/Principal Technical Specialist to join our development team. This manager role focuses on software development in the security domain, including government certification, quantum-safe networks, and Nokia Optical Networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure software solutions.
  • Lead the development of quantum-safe network protocols and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with government certification requirements.
  • Develop and integrate security features within Nokia Optical Networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security features into various products.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technologies and quantum computing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimun 8 years of relted experience
  • Proven experience in software development, particularly in the security domain.
  • Strong knowledge of government certification processes and standards.
  • Expertise in quantum-safe cryptography and network security.
  • Experience with Nokia Optical Networks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices.
  • Familiarity with cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or similar.
