Syensqo, is seeking experienced SAP Authorization Engineer to join our ERP team. This critical role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining across all SAP environments, IDM and GRC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GRC.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and build SAP Security in all SAP environments: ECC, SRM, GTS, BW, Success Factors, Hana
2. Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security 
3. Contribute to projects, rollouts, software upgrade
4. Support IT Auditors in General controls in required remediations
5. Secure Accesses to controlled data (knowledge of Nextlabs ideally)
6. Develop business understanding of SAP transactions in order to answer accurately to business users’ requests

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM and CISSP) are preferred.
• 5 years’ experience minimum in managing SAP authorizations
• Understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD) and associated controls frameworks (e.g., SAP GRC)
• Ideally experience of Nextlabs implementation
• Teamwork - Effectively work as part of a team in large Enterprise systems and possess strong interpersonal/communication skills. 
• Technical Learning – Strong technical breadth and depth and consistently researches new technologies and industry trends.
• Problem Solving – Leads complex root cause analysis activities and problem-solving teams; demonstrates proactive problem management capabilities.
