Information System Security Manager

Key Role:

Designs, implements, and manages procedures to ensure database and software application security. Applies advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with NIST Risk Management Framework, 800-37

• Experience responding to auditor Notification of Findings and Recommendations (NFRs) and supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR)

• Experience validating, evaluating,g and analyzing finding results and developer adjudications using automated testing tools

• Experience utilizing DoD tracking systems to input and document cybersecurity deficiencies, vulnerabilities, and change requests in the appropriate tracking system

• Experience with conducting information security continuous monitoring (ISCM) by maintaining ongoing awareness of information security, vulnerabilities, and threats to support organizational risk management decisions IAW approved ISCM strategy

• Ability to coordinate changes or modifications with the system-level ISSM, SCA, or the Wing Cybersecurity office and report security incidents or vulnerabilities to the system-level ISSM and Wing Cybersecurity office

• Ability to implement and enforce all AF cybersecurity policies, procedures, and countermeasures

• Secret clearance

• HS diploma or GED

• DoD 8570.01 IAM Level II Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
