About This Role:Tria is seeking a Cybersecurity Lead to support our Navy Client.  The person in this role will support the Navy’s Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization process.  This includes managing incident response, network monitoring and information system audits.  The person in this role should have at least 5 years’ experience managing teams of cybersecurity with a focus on Info Systems governance and authorization and experience managing cyber workforce qualifications to comply with policy.


Responsibilities:
  • Experience executing Info System Authorizations resulting in Authority to Operate (ATOs) under Navy’s RMF process.
  • Experience executing Cloud Services Authorization resulting in ATOs under Navy’s RMF Process
  • Lead a team of cybersecurity professionals supporting the RMF Process, A&A Audits  resulting in ATOs of Info Systems, Networks, Cloud Services
  • Experience supporting 40+ ATOs for a client. 

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications: 
  • Minimum five years of experience with the DoD and DoN Cybersecurity Authorization & Accreditation processes, tools, policies and procedures (to include RMF and eMASS)
  • Minimum five years of Cybersecurity system auditing and monitoring experience (to include Inspector General inspection and Command Cyber Readiness Inspection criteria)
  • Experience with the Navy’s ACAS system and Navy’s VRAM Secret Clearance
  • Experience managing DoD Cybersecurity Program requirements and deliverables
  • 5 years’ Experience Managing a team of Cybersecurity Professionals with a focus on Info system governance and authorization. 
  • 3 years’ Experience as a PM with a capability to deliver per the schedule, budget and requirements
 Professional Certifications:
 Project Management Professional (PMP), Security+Education:Clearance:Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance - Must be a U.S. Citizen* Years of Professional Experience:
5+ years of experience and 3+ years of experience as a PM with a capability to deliver per schedule, budget and requirements
