Job Description

The construction industry is currently facing a development leap where the change agent is spelled digitalization. We are growing and are now looking for a profile with interest and experience in IT Security. You will join the Group function "Finance & IT", which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. We are a Nordic organization with 150+ employees working together closely under one common management. Our digital and information stack is expanding, and with it, the risks. Cyber threats are getting more sophisticated, and therefore we need you to protect our data and ensuring that we are compliant in all the necessary regulations. As Product Owner / Service Manager you will be an important stakeholder in driving the area, as well as acting as a trusted advisor to the organization within the IT Security field. It is therefore important that you possess great communication skills and have broad knowledge within IT- and information security.

The role and key responsibilities

The purpose of the Product Owner / Service Manager is to maximize the value of the delivered product for the business:

• Collects and funnels development needs from both project and product portfolios.
• Collaborates with the product team on execution and supports the Team Coach in fostering a collaborative environment.
• Represents stakeholders and consolidates all demands into a prioritized product backlog.
• Sets the vision, direction, objectives, and targets for the product and team, based on overall strategy, priorities, and financing.
• Works with the IT Service Owner to ensure team compliance with IT's methodologies.
• Provides regular cybersecurity training for the organization.
• Conducts security audits and ensures compliance.
• Acts as the go-to advisor and specialist for organizational security.
• Supports the IT Security Operations team in improving overall services and deliveries.
• Ensures the integration of security measures in daily operations and maintains a broad understanding of IT organizations.

Qualifications

Your Experience and background

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:

• Applicable experience of working with IT Products from IT- and/or Business perspective.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Previous experience from leadership positions.             
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and risk management.
• Be familiar with ISO standards (especially ISO27001) and how they apply in cloud services and in hybrid environments.
• At least 5 years of experience from similar work tasks.
• A university degree within Computer Science or other relevant field.
• Fluency in English and one Nordic language.

Additional information  

This position can be in any of our major cities in the Nordics. The position may require travelling, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates. You will report to IT Competence Manager, Anders Blankholm.
