What you'll do

• Dive into a pivotal role within our global Information Security team, shaping Cyber Security on a worldwide scale
• Craft and maintain IS framework documents (such as Charter, Policy, and Standards) that meet dynamic internal and external requirements
• Drive the establishment and communication of our Information Security Governance Framework on a global level, engaging stakeholders to ensure their understanding and support
• Monitor and refine the effectiveness of our framework, while supporting information security reporting and the ongoing optimization of our ISMS

Who you are

• You hold a degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, with substantial experience in IT or information security, particularly in governance
• Deeply knowledgeable about cybersecurity frameworks (like BSI, ISO, NIST, SANS) and best practices, along with relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer) considered a real plus
• Skilled at forming strong relationships with stakeholders and adept at conveying complex ideas in a clear, concise manner
• You’re fluent in English, and if you speak German as well, that's a fantastic advantage!
