The Job:  

As a Director, IAM & Cyber Security, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a Remote employee.    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Cyber Security Engineering to lead our security initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing the deployment, configuration, and management of IAM and Cyber Security tools, as well as in-depth knowledge and firsthand experience with the entire Microsoft Defender Suite and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies.

You’ll get to:  

• Lead the development and implementation of IAM and Cyber Security Tooling Strategies.
• Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of IAM and Cyber Security Tools including: Entra ID, SailPoint, SSO, TruU, Cortex, XDR, Zscaler, ProofPoint, and Balbix.
• Possess knowledge and firsthand experience with the entire Microsoft Defender Suite, including Microsoft Defender, Compliance Center, and Purview Studio.
• Develop and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) strategies and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security posture.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IAM and Cyber Security teams.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and threats.

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in IAM and Cyber Security.
• Proven experience with the tools listed above.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
