Product Owner - DevSecOps Continuous Testing Adoption

You have an extensive background in product leadership and using technology for leading the way for technology transformation. You have exceptional influential skills and can represent continuous testing capabilities at all levels across the Group. You'll play an important role in partnering with key stakeholders in the organization by contributing to their strategy and determining which problems to invest in solving. Working closely with the BU leads you will be accountable for driving the adoption of this important DevSecOps capability.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have experience in:  

• Setting and define the product strategy, vision, goals and roadmap, aligned to Crew objectives and purpose, and engage with key stakeholders to manage adoption. 

• Defining the technology / architecture capability roadmap underpinning the product, aligned to Crew Tech Lead objectives, minimising tech debt and promoting the fast flow of value. 

• Actively explore capability improvements and addresses product engineering teams to prioritise the work that accelerates the future flow of value 

• Applying product expertise to balance the backlog of work between features, defects, tech debt to balance future flow of work and immediate customer needs. 

• Coaching the team towards more modern solutions – cloud first, software first. 

• Ensuring product delivery alignment with the broader engineering strategy and direction. 

• Driving product exploration, validation of product strategy and identifying technical solutions to complex problems. 

• Role model best practices and a learning focused culture to contribute to strategic practice development, coaching and upskilling. 

• Leading and directing troubleshooting activities, demonstrating accountability for business and technical impacts.
