More about the role & team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Information Security Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening our organization’s security posture, focusing initially on achieving SOC 2 (Service Organization Control) compliance within the first 18 months. You will also contribute to governance, risk management, and the development of robust security frameworks to support the organization’s growth and regulatory obligations.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We are a dynamic and innovative company committed to ensuring the highest standards of information security. We are looking for a talented Information Security Specialist to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our security posture. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in information security or a related role. Hands-on experience with SOC 2 compliance initiatives, including managing audits and implementing controls, is essential. Strong knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or COBIT is required. Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies is also necessary. You may have worked as a ‘Information Security Analyst’, ‘Security Analyst’, ‘Security Engineer’, or “Compliance Analyst’.

Salary Range: $XXX to $XXX annually + any other benefits such as bonus
