Join Danske Bank's agile team as a Business Analyst and help shape the future of our Identity and Access Management platform. Work collaboratively with a global team to drive innovation, enhance cybersecurity, and support key stakeholders. Join our team FT Development consisting of 10 skilled Access Management and IT specialists with responsibility for the improvement and maintenance of the banks central Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The team is working with an agile approach and are applying the scrum model for software development., We offer a flexible workplace, and the position is located in Copenhagen, yet the whole team is located across Denmark and India.

You will be responsible for improving our system in close collaboration with your colleagues and our stakeholders. We have an exciting time ahead, with many technological changes and possibilities to impact the future of the system landscape. You will help the bank to execute on the strategy to implement a zero-trust model and enable frictionless security for the organisation.

Main responsibilities

  • Driving the creation of new dashboards used for automated reporting
  • Engage and support different types of stakeholders regarding e.g. requirement collection, clean-ups and problem solving
  • Manual reporting to senior management
  • Responsible for the team’s end-user communication, including: hosting webinars, recording demos, writing articles, and similar
  • Contribute to UX/end-user testing and design
  • Improving the Bank’s IAM role set-up by assisting the organisation to create new roles and clean up in existing roles
  • Contribute to various cyber security and improvement projects

We are looking for someone who is skilled in the collaboration with fellow team members and other colleagues, and are comfortable in engaging with all levels in the organisation. We imagine that you are proactive, versatile and can deal with changes. You can contribute to transform the team and are willing to speak your mind to present ideas or issues you have identified, as we are adapting new technologies and processes. Further qualifications will be needed:

  • Solid communication skills; proficient at both speaking and writing in English
  • Experience from working with Cyber Security and/or IAM, or have a great interest in the area
  • Experience from working with data analysis and data visualization
  • Experience or knowledge in SQL
  • Proficient with the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
