As an Application Security Engineer, your role is vital in ensuring that our applications are built securely from the ground up. You will be working closely with development teams, embedding security best practices, and identifying potential vulnerabilities early in the software development lifecycle. Your expertise will help shape our security posture, ensuring resilience, compliance, and a culture of security-first engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure Development – Integrate security into development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and coding practices.
• Vulnerability Management – Assess applications, identify risks, and optimize security tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA).
• Governance & Training – Develop security policies, provide training, and foster a security-first culture.

About You

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Application Security.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices & security testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Application Security tools (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA).
• Solid knowledge of industry security standards (OWASP, PCI DSS).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C#).
• Strong problem-solving & analytical skills to navigate complex security challenges.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work across teams.
• Certifications such as OSCP, CISSP, CISM, or CSSLP are a plus.
