Who You Are

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Launch Enterprise Collaboration and Applications Services Lead in support of a critical customer mission. The selected candidate will drive the development, integration, and sustainment of enterprise IT solutions that enhance collaboration, information sharing, and mission execution within the Intelligence Community.

This position is expected to be onsite 100% with up to 25% of travel required.

What You’ll Do

As Launch Enterprise and Collaboration Services Lead, you will:

· Lead the development and integration of enterprise collaboration and application services to support launch operations.

· Oversee system security, compliance, and risk management in alignment with NIST standards and RMF-ICD 503 frameworks.

· Provide IT, Information Assurance (IA), and Information Management (IM) project management leadership, ensuring alignment with mission requirements.

· Architect and implement AWS Cloud solutions to enhance operational efficiency and mission support.

· Manage system authorization processes and continuous monitoring activities to maintain accreditation.

· Coordinate with stakeholders across NRO, government agencies, and industry partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

· Apply CISSP-certified expertise to drive cybersecurity best practices and risk mitigation strategies.

· Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, security plans, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

· Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

· CISSP Certification.

· Minimum 2 years of recent experience within the NRO (within the last 5 years).

· At least 5 years of IT, IA, or IM project management experience.

· Minimum 2 years of experience with AWS Cloud solutions.

· Expertise in NIST frameworks and RMF-ICD 503 compliance.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience in Agile or DevSecOps environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

· ITIL, PMP, or AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.

· Experience supporting space launch or aerospace industry programs.

· Hands-on experience with enterprise collaboration tools and cloud-based applications.
