Why We Need You!
We are seeking a passionate and experienced candidate with 3-7 years of Enterprise Support experience in the Network Security and SSL VPN domain.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent case ownership skills, be a self-starter, and be goal-oriented. The following technical requirements are essential:
Core Skills and Experience:
Team Player: Must be able to leverage the entire team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and keep everyone informed.
Customer Engagement: Comfortable conducting virtual meetings and communicating complex ideas, concepts, and technology to customers.
Network Troubleshooting: Proficient in TCP/IP, Firewalls, subnetting, routing, Switching, VLANs, and protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, and FTP.
AAA Servers: Good knowledge of AD/LDAP/Radius/Certificates.
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
Enterprise Apps and Security: Familiarity with SAML/SSO, IPSEC, PKI, and traditional overlay VPN technologies.
Virtualization and Hypervisors: Knowledge of VMware vSphere, MS Hyper-V, and KVM.
Cloud Computing: Experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux/Unix.
Load Balancers and WAN Optimization: Basic to intermediate-level knowledge.
Customer Experience: Strong passion for improving customer satisfaction and helping customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Project Management: Basic project management skills.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
JIRA and Salesforce CRM: Experience working with these platforms.
Mobile Device Management (MDM): Knowledge of Apple iOS and Android.
Identity Management: Experience with AD, Entra, Okta, and integration with SaaS platforms.
Scripting: Proficiency in Perl, Python, and Powershell.

What You Will Be Doing
Work primarily during EMEA hours, with flexibility to accommodate other regions as needed.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and replicate customer issues; research and identify effective solutions.
Provide expert technical guidance and best practices related to our products.
Communicate effectively with IT professionals within customer accounts to recommend and convey solution strategies promptly and accurately.
Ensure thorough documentation of customer-reported problems while maintaining up-to-date records in the problem report tracking system.
Actively contribute to the knowledge database by documenting customer inquiries, issues, resolutions, and specific implementation scenarios.
Clearly document and relay customer questions, issues, and requirements to support management, product management, and development teams.
Participate in technical reviews for new product launches.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have
The preferred candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT field, such as Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Cybersecurity. Additionally, they should have basic certification on Windows, Linux, or Cisco.

- Successfully deliver on basic requirements and initial project tasks.

- Begin working independently on projects with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to team collaboration and initiatives effectively.
- **First 12 Months:**
- Achieve expertise in the designated product line, demonstrating advanced knowledge and capabilities.
- Lead small-scale projects or initiatives, showcasing leadership potential.
- Identify and implement process improvements based on product experience.
